Booking Your Appointment
You book the time. We shape the treatment together.
Appointments are booked by duration rather than modality. You do not need to find a separate booking option for therapeutic massage, TMJ treatment, facial massage, intra-oral work, abdominal massage, or Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Choose the amount of time that best suits your needs, then use your intake form to tell me what you are experiencing and what you would like to focus on. We will discuss your priorities and create an appropriate treatment plan at the beginning of your appointment.
45 Minutes
Best suited to one focused area or a shorter follow-up appointment.

A specific area of muscular tension
A shorter facial or jaw treatment
Follow-up care with established priorities

A versatile option for one primary concern, a facial and jaw treatment, or a general therapeutic massage with clear priorities.
You might choose 60 minutes for:
A general full-body therapeutic massage
Head, neck, and shoulder tension
TMJ, facial, and jaw treatment
One primary area with related compensatory structures
A combination of focused and restorative work
Full-body Lymphatic Drainage
75 Minutes
Recommended when you would like a more comprehensive treatment, have multiple areas you want addressed, or want full-body work with additional focus.
You might choose 75 minutes for:
Full-body massage with extra attention to one area
Multiple related areas of tension
Facial or TMJ treatment combined with upper-body or full-body work
Lymphatic Drainage with face/neck
A slower appointment with fewer time constraints
90 Minutes
The most spacious option for comprehensive treatment or multiple priorities.
You might choose 90 minutes for:
Comprehensive Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Full-body + Face/Neck)
An unhurried full-body therapeutic treatment
Multiple areas requiring focused attention
Facial or TMJ work combined with full-body treatment
A treatment experience with additional time for assessment, pacing, and transitions
FAQs
-
You do not need to know the name of a particular muscle or technique. Simply tell me:
What you are currently experiencing
Where you feel tension or discomfort
How long it has been present
What you would most like addressed
Whether you are interested in facial, intraoral, lymphatic, or abdominal work
Any relevant diagnoses, medications, procedures, injuries, or changes in your health
You can also tell me if you prefer a focused treatment, a full-body approach, or a combination of both.

We will begin with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and treatment preferences. I may complete a relevant physical assessment before recommending a treatment plan.
We will discuss which areas and techniques can reasonably be included within your appointment time. Your consent is ongoing, and treatment can be adjusted or stopped at any point.
These duration suggestions are general guidelines. The areas and techniques included will depend on assessment, consent, individual needs, and what can be safely and appropriately accomplished during the appointment.
